I've been a member of I Love Hits since they opened the doors. But, I've never enjoyed it more since Jon took charge. As in ALL of his programs, the customer service (remember those days?) is to be topped by no one! Jon is consantly seeking ways to improve the surf experience for his members, and it shows. I have to give Jon Olson his props for being hands down, the very best when it comes to running a start exchange the way that they should be.
