What’s Holding You Back?
“Follow this plan and you’ll be rich in 30 days….”
“I used to flip burgers, now I’m making loads of cash online…”
The claims are everywhere. Especially if you are surfing the traffic exchanges for any amount of time, you will see that our senses are bombarded with claims of income, stress free living, and *gasp* the almighty downline of dreams.
It begs the question, if there are so many of these ‘get rich’ plans online, how come most of us struggle to make ends meet?
Here’s my opinion and thought on it, I might be completely out to lunch here but I am speaking from experience only. We lack focus!
Focus was my favorite word a few years back, when I had my first ‘ah ha’ moment online. You see, I was involved in everything. From get rich quick plans, to downline builders, to *another gasp* pro only traffic exchanges, and everything in between. It wasn’t until I focuses on my list building and concentrated 100% on THAT did I start to see results.
How did I ‘do it’? Simple, I got rid of everything I didn’t need. Even though I purchased an upgrade at GDI (yes, I was once a member), it had nothing to do with my game plan and my focus. The focus was build my list and become THE traffic exchange expert, and well, GDI just didn’t fall in line with my game plan. So *poof* I got rid of my membership there.
Now that’s just an example, if something doesn’t fit with your goals, you should not spend a lot of energy and time on it. Focus you efforts on one or two things. I would recommend one thing and of course, it’s no secret I’m a fan of list building first and foremost.
One of the biggest problems online is ’slot machine marketing’ and even though I have not touched on this topic for a few years, it’s important to stop pulling the slot machine and dumping money into something that well, isn’t designed for you to make money.
Build your list, focus on YOU and you will not be held back anymore!
